Our factory is equipped with the latest machinery and managed by skilled staff. We specialise in the production of 100% Cotton and Polyester-Cotton blended fabrics and textile articles. We can offer several weaves including but not limited to Plain, Flannel, Percale, Sateen, Stripe Sateen Twill, Drill, Herringbone, Canvas, Duck (Half Panama), Knitted, Terry, Jersey and Non-Woven.
Before the fabric is passed over to processing, all greige fabrics are thoroughly inspected by our quality assurance team to maintain our quality protocols. We provide our customers with a complete range of dying and printing finishes such as Pigment Dyes, Disperse Dyes, Reactive Dyes, VAT Dyes, Water Repellent, Fire Retardant and others. We also meet eco-friendly requirements like Azo free, low formaldehyde and OekoTex standards where desired. The finishing is precisely taken care of in terms of fabric structure, bowing, skew, retained moisture, pilling, shrinkage, washing & light fastness and others.
The unit comprises of state-of-art cutting and stitching machines which enables us to provide our buyers with a customized ranges of stitched articles.
